Should I choose Business Information System or Computer Science CS as my college major?

I have a BSc in BA and a minor in CIS. You can have the better as a major and the other as minor. But in the real-life, you are going to read more not according to major and minor, but according to the needs of the work. And maybe to read for certifications, like Security, DBA, Java Programming e.t.c.
